This is a unique opportunity to acquire a nearly-finished residence on the banks of the River Dordogne - with more than enough work left to be done to enable you to put your own stamp on the property.

The property is just 1km as the crow flies from the beautiful town of Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne (in the Correze department of Limousin), yet feels right in the middle of nowhere. The new Brive-Dordogne airport is 40 minutes away. 2-and-a-half hours after checking in at London City airport you could be sitting by the pool here.

EXACT LOCATION:- If you want to Google Earth it then you will see where the property is and what it was like before we started development. The buildings are at 44deg 59’01.24”N 1deg50’56.92”E. The property is bordered by the road called “Ciran” to the S, the D116 to the E, and the line of trees to the NNW. Alternatively, type ALTILLAC into maps.google.fr. You will find the D116 to the east of Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne. All you need to do then is click the "Satellite" option and look for the parcel of land in this document. (Note: The satellite picture in the document is about 10 years old and was taken a long time before we started development)

The interior already features plenty of oak, poplar, and chestnut: local timbers sourced locally. The property is warm as toast in winter and cool in summer, having been insulated to the highest standard with no corners cut.
